>Answer: Sign up to create an account and start earning & saving more.

Question: Do my Jamba Rewards points expire?
>Answer: Your Rewards points have different expiration dates depending on what the Reward is. Expiration dates are listed with each Reward in your account. Choose any Reward you want to redeem, one per order.

Question: Who qualifies to earn the limited time welcome rewards (50% off smoothie with sign up & 50% off food item on second order)?
>Answer: Only Jamba Rewards members who downloaded the app & signed up qualify for the 50% off smoothie reward & 50% off food item on the second order.

Question: Who qualifies to receive a free birthday smoothie reward?
>Answer: Jamba Rewards members who spend $15+ in Jamba orders captured in their rewards account qualify to receive a free birthday smoothie reward.

Question: How do I use my Rewards to make a purchase online?
>Answer: If you’re ordering online: On the check-out screen, you’ll see a list of any available Rewards. Just select the Reward you’d like to redeem before clicking “Next.” If you’re ordering in a Jamba store: When you place your order, ask your Jamba team member to redeem your chosen Reward.

Question: How are points calculated? Are there limits?
>Answer: You get (1) point for every dollar you spend, excluding gift card purchases. For every 35 points, you get $3.00 off, and sky’s the limit… there’s no maximum on the total number of points you can earn!

Question: I got a cash refund for a purchase I made with points. Will I get my points back?
>Answer: Nope, sorry — you used points to pay and got cash back instead of points for the refund.

Question: Do I earn Points (Jamba’s reward program point system) when purchasing/reloading or redeeming gift cards?
>Answer: Points are earned when a gift card is redeemed, not purchased or reloaded.
